STUDENTS ACADEMIC RECORD SYSTEM (SARES)

 

ALL FIRST YEAR STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER THEIR INFORMATION IN A SARES SYSTEM, WHICH CAN BE FOUND AT WWW.RUCU.AC.TZ/SARES OR VIA RUCO WEBSITE WWW.RUCU.AC.TZ AND CLICK SARES LINK.
AT THE LOGIN PAGE CLICK AT NEW STUDENTS CLICK HERE LINK. FILL IN ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND YOU WILL BE ISSUED A USER NAME AND PASSWORD TO LOGIN TO THE SYSTEM WHERE YOU WILL REGISTER AND ACCESS YOUR ACADEMIC INFORMATION SUCH AS RESULTS, ETC...
THIS CAN BE DONE USING RUCU’S COMPUTER LIBRARY, INTERNET CAFE OR ANY OTHER COMPUTER OR CELL PHONE WHICH IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET AND HAS MOZILLA FIREFOX WEB BROWSER.
THE DEADLINE FOR THIS EXERCISE IS FRIDAY: 1ST NOVEMBER, 2013 14HRS.
FOR MORE INFORMATION, VISIT ROOM NO. 38, 40 AND 41 GROUND FLOOR, ADMINISTRATION BLOCK.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE DEADLINE.

 

Stapes for accessing the system

  1. Admission officer fill in the admitted students’ latest form four index numbers to the system.
  2. New students fill in their information by clicking new students click here, found at the log in page. For Student to successfully submit his or her information, the index number must match the one entered by Admission officer in step 1.
  3. New Student submits his/her original certificates to the Admission Officer for verification.
  4. Admission officer verify, students original certificates and issue the registration number to student.
  5. Student submits his/her bank slip for the payments made to the account office.
  6. An account officer verifies student’s payments.
  7. System administrator creates student account and issue user name and password to the respective student.
  8. Student log in to the system using user name and password provided by system administrator in step 7 above.
  9. Student can now proceed with registration, accommodation, and payments processes.

Note:Student must complete the above processes before he/she can proceed with step number 9.

 

NOTE: EACH STUDENT MUST MAKE SURE HIS/HER LATEST FORM FOUR INDEX NUMBER IS IN THE SYSTEM IN THE FORMAT SHOWN BELLOW, BEFORE ENTERING HIS/HER INFORMATION:

WHERE CCCC-REPRESENTS CENTRE’S OR SCHOOL’S NUMBER
XXXX-REPRESENTS STUDENT’S NUMBER

  1. USE THE NAMES APPEARING ON YOUR CERTIFICATE, I.E TWO OR THREE NAMES.
  2. FILL ALL THE BLANKS WITH “RED STAR” THEY ARE MANDATORY.
  3. IF YOU DON’T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS, CREATE ONE.
  4. PRESS ENTER WHEN DONE
  5. If you get a message:
    1. You have successfully entered your information: you are done go to admission office.
    2. Your index number is not in the system: go to office 39 or 40 or 41
    3. Fill in missing field: make sure you have filled all the required fields
