Shukrani Kibona

My time at Ruaha Catholic University has been the foundation of my career in Banking Accounting and Finance in general. Through my Bachelor's degree in Banking and Microfinance, I gained not just theoretical knowledge in areas like corporate finance, lending, credit risk, and rural development finance, but also practical exposure through my field placement at TCB Bank, Tunduma Branch where I applied classroom concepts to real customer service, loan processing, and financial advisory work. RUCU shaped my understanding of how banking and microfinance institutions can drive rural economic development, which is a passion I carry into my career. It also strengthened my analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills all of which I now bring to roles in retail banking and financial services.
