This study examined the influence of inspirational motivation on industrialization agenda performance in Tanga Region. The study used quantitative research approach whereby survey design was used to collect data. The sample size involved 304 respondents and simple random sampling technique was employed for data collection. Descriptive data analyses were used to profile respondent characteristics. In addition, structural equation modeling employed for testing the significant effects of inspirational motivation on industrialization agenda performance in Tanga Region. The practical implication of this study is that the leaders in Tanga Region should use inspirational motivation leadership behaviour to increases industrialization agenda performance. In addition, leaders in others regions may apply inspirational motivation leadership behaviour to influence industrialization agenda performance on their region.
