The Private Law Department is a core academic unit within a Faculty of Law, focusing on the body of law that governs relationships between private individuals and entities. Its primary aim is to equip students with a deep understanding of legal principles that regulate personal, contractual, and property relations in both domestic and international contexts. Currently, the Private Law Department offers both Certificate in law and Diploma in Law programmes.
