CALL FOR PAPERS
Dear Scholars and Researchers,
The Ruaha Journal of Arts and Social Sciences (RUJASS) is delighted to announce a call for papers for our upcoming Volume 11, Issue 1, scheduled for publication in August 2026. We invite submissions of well-formed academic research papers that contribute to the fields of arts and social sciences.
This is a splendid opportunity to share your insights and innovations with a broader audience and make a significant impact in your field. Categories of Submission We welcome submissions in the following categories:
1. Articles: Original research articles that explore new ideas or expand existing knowledge.
2. Book Reviews: Critical evaluations of recent publications in the arts and social sciences.
3. Dissertation/Thesis: Summaries of significant research conducted for academic qualifications.
4. Annotated Bibliography: Comprehensive bibliographies with descriptive and evaluative comments.
5. Newsletters: Updates and news pertaining to the arts and social sciences.
Important Submission Details Deadline: June 25, 2026 All submissions must adhere to the following guidelines to be considered for publication:
1. Review and Quality: Only manuscripts that have been thoroughly reviewed, free from plagiarism, and checked for grammatical accuracy in either Swahili or English will be accepted.
2. Formatting: Use Times New Roman font, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing. Abstracts should be in font size 12, single-spaced, and non-italicized.
3. Citation Style: Adherence to the APA 7th edition citation style is essential.
4. Timeliness: Priority will be given to manuscripts submitted on time.
5. Submission Process: Please include your address and affiliation in your manuscript and send your complete submission to rujass@rucu.ac.tz. Submissions sent elsewhere will not be considered.
