Bishop Wolfgang Pisa, O.F.M. Cap., serves as the Chancellor of Ruaha Catholic University. A Tanzanian Catholic prelate and scholar, he brings extensive leadership and academic experience from his service as Bishop of Lindi and President of the Tanzania Episcopal Conference.
